📅 Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms Cancellation Policy: Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email).
- Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee).
- Cancellations made 7–28 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period, subject to availability and management discretion.
Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
